All stationery is
made to order and therefore will take approx 4 weeks unless otherwise
agreed.
It is recommended that you state on the order forms all items that
will be required - this is to guarantee design and stock continuity.
Your invitations will be sent out within 4 weeks, with other items
such as Order of Service/ Menus etc. sent nearer the time of the
wedding. You should send details of what is to be printed inside
the Order of Service /Menus and guests' names for Place Cards /Seating
Plans a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the wedding.
Orders will normally be sent by Business Post and will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that there is someone to receive the stationery either at home, your place of work or other designated address.
A deposit of 50% of the order value is required before work
on the order commences, with the balance due before the last part
of your order is dispatched. (in many cases this will be a couple
of weeks before the wedding). All stationery is personalised to
your individual requirements. Refund or exchange can be given only
where the merchandise is faulty or the specifications of the order
have not been met. In the event of cancellation, all work in progress
must be paid for in full.
