Terms of use

By using this website you agree to be subject to these Terms of Use. The Whole Caboodle Design Ltd may at any time, at its sole discretion, amend, vary or modify these Terms of Use. Please read the following Terms of Use carefully before placing your order. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

The products and services described in this website are only available for delivery within United Kingdom unless otherwise agreed. We may not be able to ship all our products overseas. Please check with us to ensure the product can be shipped internationally. We reserve the right not to provide goods or services. We reserve the right terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at our sole discretion at any time.

Out of Stock & Substitution

In the unlikely event that we cannot satisfy your order due to stock unavailability, we will contact you (via e-mail or telephone) to offer you an alternative or to determine how you want to proceed with your order.

Refunds and Returns

In the unlikely event of you not being totally satisfied with your order then please inform us as soon as you receive it. The Whole Caboodle makes everything to order and therefore refunds and exchanges can only be given where the product is found to be faulty, damaged or not fit for purpose.

Please note that we will not be in a position to address your problem where you have been careless or unreasonable in your demands.

We are not required to provide you with a refund if you have simply changed your mind or you find a similar or the same item more cheaply elsewhere.

Cancellation of Orders

All orders are made to order so once your order has been received and processed then any work already underway or materials orders must be paid for in full. If work hasn't yet begun and not materials have been ordered then your order can be cancelled and your payment returned.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

What if there is a mistake on the printing?

We know how exciting it is to get your proofs emailed through and to see your wedding details laid out in black and white in front of your eyes! The whole Caboodle provides free proofs and free alterations to proofs before any printing is done. BUT BEWARE! It is 100% your responsibility to check the accuracy of the proofs before you agree to the printing. Any mistakes spotted after printing may result in the stationery being re-made at your expense. So sit down with a coffee, and take your time when checking proofs. It's advisable to ask a couple of other people to check your proofs as well as they sometimes spot things that you might miss in all the excitement!


Prices, delivery info and product information displayed on The Whole Caboodle website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. All prices are listed in British Pound Sterling (GBP).


The Whole Caboodle is not registered for VAT as we are a small company and restrict the number of orders that we undertake.

When do you take payment?

We take full or part payment at the time of ordering, with the balance due before dispatch. No order is accepted by The Whole Caboodle until the order has been checked and approved. If there is a problem, we will telephone you or e-mail you within three (3) working days. Paying upfront also substantially reduces order processing time, and ensures that as a customer, all you need to do is sit back and wait for your delivery to arrive.

Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is at our sole discretion after taking into account the circumstances and reasons for cancellation. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our Terms of Use relating to Returns and Refunds.

Online orders placed on Saturday and Sunday

ALL orders placed after 3pm on Friday and at any time of day on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Can I add additional items to an existing unshipped order?

Yes if there is reasonable time for us to add to your order before you need it then please let us know. The alteration cannot be made by the client but can be made by contacting Lorraine on 01803 813726 or via email enquiries@whole-caboodle.co.uk If your order has already been sent and paid for in full then should you wish to purchase additional items, you will need to place a new order for those additional items.

What if my order does not arrive?

Please check for a courier card or ask neighbours and work colleagues if your order hasn't arrived on the date agreed. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us ASAP if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. As a guide only, our couriers attempt to deliver to addresses between 9am and 5pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms of Use, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery or for loss or damage arising after delivery has taken place and you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Quality and Maintenance of Goods

At The Whole Caboodle we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. Once delivery has occurred Quality and maintenance of the produce is your responsibility.

All material on this site, is protected by copyright, and other intellectual property rights which are owned and controlled by The Whole Caboodle Design Ltd.

Such material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means, without the express prior written consent of The Whole Caboodle Design Ltd.
